1. Information We Collect

At HYBRYX, we take your privacy very seriously. To provide hybrid training functionalities, we collect:

• Health Data (Apple Health/Google Fit): We request read and write access to your health data (heart rate, calories, workouts) to sync your progress. This data is processed locally or on secure servers and under no circumstances is it sold, traded, or used for marketing, advertising, or data mining to third parties.
• Voice Data (Microphone and Voice AI): We use the microphone exclusively during AI-guided workouts to log your scores. Audio is temporarily sent to secure servers for transcription and is NOT stored permanently nor used to train public models.
• Geographic Location: The 'Radar' feature requires access to your approximate location while using the app to connect you with athletes and local gyms anonymously.
• Community Participation Data (Voluntary Opt-In): If you choose to actively join the HYBRYX community in your profile, your display name, avatar, level, accumulated XP, city, and workouts will be published on the app's global feed and ranking. You can instantly revoke this consent by turning off the toggle in your profile, which will immediately remove all your public records.
• Official Results & Incidents Data (HyResult): To link your official HYROX scores in the benchmarks tab, we fetch and associate your public history from the HyResult search engine. If you report an incident due to incorrect matches, we store your descriptive technical support comment in our database.
• Profile Personalization (Photos & Avatars): We allow you to upload a custom image URL or select pre-designed fitness avatars to illustrate your athlete profile.
• Account Data: Email and basic profile information.

2. Use of Information

We use the collected information solely and exclusively to operate, maintain, and improve the functionalities of the HYBRYX application. We comply with Apple HealthKit and Google Fit policies.

3. Account and Data Deletion (GDPR and Store Compliance)

You have the right to request the definitive deletion of your HYBRYX account and personal data. Steps to request deletion: 1. Log in to the HYBRYX mobile application. 2. Go to the 'Profile' tab and tap the red 'Delete Account' button in the Danger Zone. 3. Confirm the action by typing the required word. Alternatively, you can email us at contacto@hybryx.app with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'. What happens to your data: - Deleted data: Upon requesting deletion, we will erase your profile, workout history, scores, and biometric data from our servers immediately and irreversibly (Hard Delete). - Retained data: We will only retain financial information of transactions or accounting records required by applicable law (e.g., Apple/Google subscription receipts).

4. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy. We will notify you of significant changes through the application.
